How do I return my items and receive a refund?

You can begin the return process by following these simple steps:

1.) Contact a member of the Cushion Cover Store team with your purchase order number and reason for returning. A picture of the product might be requested in certain circumstances.

2.) One of our team will provide you with instructions regarding how to package your return.

3.) Upon receiving the returned products, a member of the Cushion Cover Store team will review your order to check that everything is in place in order to process a refund or exchange.

4.) Once our team member gives the green light, you can expect a refund to be made to the card or PayPal account used for original payment within 3 to 5 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Some Important Notes Regarding the Return and Refund Process:

 

  • If you are not happy with your purchase from cushioncoverstore.com then please return them to us within 14 days of receiving them. Anything outside of the 14 day period cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.

 

  • We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

 

  • If products are returned in a damaged state then we might not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

 

  • For your return, we recommend using a courier service such as myHermes to keep costs down, or if using Royal Mail, obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

 

  • Please note that we don’t offer any reimbursement towards postage costs as we offer free delivery on all purchases.

 

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All products should be returned to the following address after receiving confirmation from a member of the Cushion Cover Store team:
